Procedure for opening new Account :

A government ID & Address proof is mandated for opening a bank account.

A passport Size Photo is mandatory.

Kindly have the following Original proof:

Any one of the following original ID
Any one of the following Address Proof.

ID Proof

3	Printed Ration Card/AP Household Card with Photo	Applicants photo to be present in the Ration Card to be accepted as ID proof
4	Pan Card	Can be accepted ID Proof Only
5	Driving License	Can be accepted as an ID proof (or) Address Proof (Cannot be accepted for both ID Proof and Address Proof)
6	Bank Passbook & Account Opening Cheque of the same bank with photograph issued by SBI & its subsidiaries or Nationalized Banks(i.e.,State Bank of India, IOB,IB)	Can be accepted as both ID & Address Proof- Should give last 3 months statement and 1 cheque (Account should be operational for more than 3 months

7	Bank Passbook & Account Opening Cheque of the same bank with photograph issued by SBI & its subsidiaries or Nationalized Banks(i.e., SBI, IOB,IB)	Can be accepted as both ID & Address Proof- Should give last 3 months statement and 1 cheque (Account should be operational for more than 3 months)
